Packaging For Cups

After establishing a logo that works, and packaging for the cupcake themselves I have decided to try and come up with some ideas that will hold the cupcakes for takeaway. Apart from my original idea of looking at just a normal cup-holder. I wanted to create something that is a little more original, taking on an aspect or a well known cup holder design but tailoring it to my style for the brand of my company.

With this first design the idea is to have the cup clearly

displayed along the bottom so people can see the flavors.

By having the handle over the top, it covers the cupcakes so

if they were to be taken outside they would be well covered.

With it being open it would hold to cupcakes,

as well as having a menu inside that have a takeaway menu

and delivery information. 

Inside the cupcake cup, there is a shelf for the cupcake

and then underneath there is a serviette that comes with it

to catch crumbs etc. This will have the brand logo on it too. 

Another design is to have the cupcakes encased along the top

with a card board cover. This would have ribbon for the carrier

to be held by. Again the flavours would be displayed on the cup.

I like this idea, but i think it may be a little complicated,

as it may be tricky to access the cupcakes, whereas the first

idea is very simple and works really well. 

This is a more accurate view of what the cupcake cup holder would

actually look like.
