The Little Fabels...

Today Chris and I sat and started to develop the ideas for the stories we are going to use for the books.

We had specific themes we wanted to stick with which were:

- Lying to divert blame

- Snitching/ Grassing up

- Whereabouts/ What they've been doing

- Bullying

These were the stories we came up with:

Bullying:

- " People at play group kept calling Muzzy nasty names and Muzzy didn't tell anyone and he started to get very upset and unhappy"

- " Muzzy got knocked over in the playground and he didnt tell anyone and it kept happening and Muzzy then got a big boo boo on his knee"

Whereabouts

- " Muzzy decided to have an adventure at the bottom of the garden and didn't tell Mummy and Daddy. Mummy and Daddy got very worried because they couldn't find him. Because of this Muzzy wasn't allowed to play outside for a whole week"

- " Muzzy was playing in Mummy and Daddy's bathroom and he knocked over the soap an made a mess. Muzzy lied and said he hadn't been in there which made Mummy and Daddy angry and they took all his toys from him for 1 whole day"

Lying to divert blame

- " Muzzy was playing with in the lounge and broke his Mummy's favorite vase, when his Mummy came in Muzzy blamed the accident on the dog. Muzzy's Mummy punished their dog, and the dog became very upset with Muzzy. He no longer trusted Muzzy, this made Muzzy very upset"

- " Muzzy was playing with a ball one day and threw it through the kitchen window, when his Mummy came out he blamed it on his friend. Muzzy's friend was sent home, and was very upset with Muzzy. When Muzzy's Mummy found out Muzzy had broken the window he was told to go sit on the Naughty step for a whole 30 minutes, until Muzzy's Mummy though Muzzy had understand how naughty he'd been"

Snitching/ Grassing

- " Muzzy spilt the paint on the floor and everyone covered for him and they all got into trouble. Because no one admitted to doing it everyone got into trouble, and all Muzzy's friends got very upset with Muzzy"

- " Muzzy and his friend Buddy, went and played in Farmer Jack's field, and the farmer found out that someone had been in his field without his permission. Muzzy and Buddy lied and blamed each other and were both never allowed to come to the farm again"
